Damian Horne
Well folks, SkörInc has another announcement to make. First off I’d like to introduce you all to a good friend of mine, Damian Horne. Damian is the newest member of the SkörInc team and I’m excited to see what becomes of it.
I’ve had the privilege to know Damian for a bunch of years now. Back when I was in high school, Damian was the lead singer of a band called Silage. You remember them don’t you? They went on to do some great things and now Damian has set his focus on writing worship.
Anyway, I’m excited to start working on this whole blogging thing with Damian. He’s a great guy with a lot of great things to say. So head over to his blog and welcome him won’t you?
Damian’s first release “Practice Of The Presence” is available on iTunes and you can pick up four of his songs for free at Noisetrade.com. Now, you all have at least five emails that you would be willing to put in to get the songs for free, but I’m wondering if we can get Damian on the front page of Noisetrade today. Here’s what I’d like to do. I’m willing to give you my email address to use for one of the emails if you go now and download the four songs for free. Then you only have to come up with four more email addresses. Sound good? Here it is. brody@skorinc.us/brodyharper.com. Ready? Go.

I’ve been hooked on this album for the last few days. This song specifically. The lyrics blow me away, and hits me where I’ve been for the last few months.
I’ve seen this guy play a few times here in Nashville and always loved his stuff, but never picked it up until a few weeks back when I was testing out NoiseTrade and I haven’t stopped listening to it. In fact I was just looking at his tour dates and realized that next week he is playing a benefit for Blood Water Mission here in Nashville with another long time favorite band of mine, Sixpence None The Richer, so I’ll be sure to check that out.
If you haven’t yet, make sure to go to NoiseTrade and download this record. Really, why wouldn’t you? It’s free with a couple emails and if you can’t think of any emails use mine.
Go now, and be happy.
Two Things
- My friend Phil has a special announcement over at his blog if you haven’t seen it yet. There’s a lot more coming from him this week, but everything in due time.
- My friend Derek is launching an amazing new site today where artists can give away music and anyone with a website / blog / myspace ect, can also be a part of giving away great music. It’s called NoiseTrade and will be launched some time today.
I think there might have been more announcements, but I forgot them in the forty minutes it has taken me to calm down the kids enough so I could think enough to type this. So make sure you run over to Phil’s blog and check out his announcement and then check in on NoiseTrade and get some free music.
