Almost four months ago I got an email in my Inbox from Ticketmaster notifying me that Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova, otherwise know as The Swell Season, would be at the historic Ryman Auditorium sometime near the end of September.  Being one of my top five albums of all time, it was time to start making plans.  The last show Kristin and I went to see there was Damien Rice and it blew us away.  I’m convinced that this Wednesday night won’t be much different.  

From what I can tell this will be one of only eleven shows that they are doing in America so we’re pretty excited to be able to see it.  Anyone out there seen Glen Hansard or The Swell Season before?  Any Nashville people planning on going?
