I have two rules when it comes to cheering for basketball teams. The Kings first and after that… anyone but the Lakers. Usually that ends up to be the Suns or the Spurs and for a time it was the Mavericks. You know… anyone but the Lakers. Tonight is no exception. I had no idea Boston was a good team three weeks ago. Tonight, they are my favorite team.
See, it all goes back to Kobe. I can’t like him. I can’t like his smug attitude. I can’t like this non-team-player-ness. Yeah, that’s not a word, but you get the idea.

Boston. For the same exact reasons. I know God says I have to love him, but, dang I don’t have to like him. Go Celtics!!!!
I like both teams, but I’ve been pulling for Boston this series. I’m hoping they can close the deal. They need to.

I’m pretty much the same – I root for the Nuggets and against the Lakers. I became a Celtics fan at the start of this series.

I’m commentig before the end result, but I gotta day if u root for Boston, ur rooting for one of the most smug teams in the NBA right now. Davis, Garnett, Perkins, and Rondo….come on now! I’m so sick of not hearing the calls because of the bleep out and muting due to the Celtics mouths. Sorry, but if ur a queens fan you won’t ever understand Kobe.
