Red Wings last night…Tigers today. • I haven’t had a favorite cartoon character in decades…my new favorite is, King Julian, from ‘Madagascar’ and ‘Madagascar 2’. That dude is hilarious. The Penguins are a pretty funny too. • Health update from last S.S.S…Christine is “N.E.D. (No Evidence of Disease) for her latest cancer scans. Halleluiah!!! • Another school year almost over for the kids. All A’s for the girls again…they definitely get that from their ‘Valedictorian’ Mother and not their ‘Varsity Athlete’ Father. • How long can a bankrupt car company offer deals that are ‘too good to pass up’? • Does anybody else find it weird that my eight year old girl has asked to try lacrosse out? She throws the ball better than most 12 year olds but she won’t even discuss the topic of softball. I support my daughters in everything. • I am sorry to see Jay Leno go…I haven’t decided yet if Conan is worth of my DVR megabytes. • Pray for four-year-old Noah…He is a hospital roommate and friend of Christine’s.
