As one whose three daughters (16, 12 and 9) are all first degree black belts in American Taekwondo Association (ATA), I can say that this video sucks big time!! Their training was nothing like this and although taught to always avoid a fight, I have no doubt they’d kick some serious butt if necessary.
We obviously have different ideas of what is “awesome”. that was interesting for sure….
