Packed Like A Terrorist
This case has two computers, two power sources, two firewires, a camera, a lens, two Flip Cameras, sixteen double A batteries, and some other little goodies. Should be fun getting on to a plane huh?
I’m flying to Denver tomorrow. The other day I realized that since Kyle was meeting me in Denver, I was responsible for bringing not only my computer to the tour, but two others, and a camera and my luggage and some other stuff that we will need. Realizing that there was no way I could carry all that on to the plan and even less of a chance that I would check it to be thrown around underneath the plane, I ran into Home Depot and got this little case. Another trip to Target for the foam and ‘Presto’, instant suspicious case.
I’m sure it will take be about an hour to get thru security, but at least it’s not an early flight. Now all I need is a set of handcuffs to hook this bad-boy to my wrist.

You did a great job, the case looks very professional. Try not to look to suspicious. lol Security will probably make you unpack all of it. I carried my laptop with me to Denver last October and I had to unpack everything in the case both going to and leaving Denver. Have a safe trip, I’ll be watching the Roadshow online.
I think it looks very professional. Now, if only the owner does, there shouldn’t be a problem. A falling-apart-hat & a man-purse would not go with this case. LOL
And may you have all of your seat to yourself. Be sure to ask your seat-mate if they have eaten any gas-producing foods in the past 8 hours. If the answer is yes, well, at least you’ll be prepared to turn that little overhead air thing on full blast the other direction! Have a great trip. Talk to you Tues night before the show. We are all behind you every step of the way & so is God.
Can’t wait for Tuesday! Have a safe trip. I don’t think you’ll look suspicious at all. Although, Shellie has a point about the hat
I would definitely wear a less suspicous hat. Try a turban.
Either that or you’re totally qualified to carry the nuclear football!
Did you know Linny and I moved to California? I’m working mornings for KDUV in Fresno so we’ll see you on the 29th. When you drove the truck the Valley last week, you could’ve totally stopped by and we would’ve fed you.
You’ll have less trouble getting on board with that than you would with a pocket knife or a pair of nail clippers!
Home Depot, you say? What other info you got on that one? We run a lot of loops using Reason and Ableton Live with Midi and Firewire gear live and could use a good little case like that to carry it all in. Can you find it on their website?
