The point was not what this guy believes peace is. The point is what we are called to do as Christians and that is to make every effort to be at peace with all men. I grew up listening to Cat Stevens and loved his music, but now he is Yusaf Islam and on the terror-watch list. What kind of peace is HE interested in now? I guess it all comes down to peace. What does peace mean to Yusaf now? I don't believe it's the same peace God is talking about, but if I don't believe it's the same, where am I? It's hard sometimes to follow God's will. I want everyone to find the peace we can on Earth, but that petty-ness comes into our lives every day. Whether it's a driver flipping me off for their driving or a suicide bomber in the Middle East. We see so much evil and terror in the name of peace. No wonder people get confused by the message of peace. Will we ever be on the same page? Probably not in our lifetime.
