Home, But Not Home
So, I’m currently sitting on the bus, underneath the Sommet Center in Downtown Nashville. Today the MercyMe guys and the David Crowder Band are are playing at a Youth Specialties event. Then later tonight MercyMe guys are playing two songs on at the Grand Ole’ Opry. So what does this all mean for me? That means I am home, but I’m not home. I’m in town so there’s a chance that I will run into people I know, but I don’t get to hang out with my family all that much.
I will get a chance to grab some dinner with Kristin and the boys tonight before heading to Ohio tonight. All in all a pretty low-key day. At least someone bought Ironman for the bus last night, I’ve never seen it.

My husband thinks Ironman is the best movie he's seen in a long time. It was good, but I'm a girl, what do I know? I guess I didn't think about you living somewhere other than in Texas near MM. Really, in my mind you are just part of Mercy Me, but that's not how it is. So Nashville, huh?
Every time we've been through there we get hopelessly lost. Confusing place. We actually had to stay in the cheesy, bad hotel off the highway (you know, the one with the giant guitar on the roof) years ago on a road trip. Enjoy dinner with the fam, and maybe you could twitter how things are going at the Opry tonight. Enjoy your weekend!
Iron man is a great movie. Any HD on the bus? Definitely worth watching on that.
I saw Iron man in the Theatre 3 times. It's a decent 2 hours of enjoyment and Downy Jr. got number 1 entertainer of the year for it. He beat Cold Play, Stephanie Meyers (Twilight), Michael Phelps. Tina Fey and the game Rock Band.
