I’m curious. How many emails do you get a day? Now, I’m not talking spam emails like buying Viagra or anything like that. I mean legit emails that affect something connected to you in a twenty-four hour period.

on average i’d say i get about 20-25 actual emails on a given workday.
I get anywhere from 75 – 100+ a day – ugh. They are probably about 85-90% business related too. Trade show info, orders from stores, questions from PR folks, etc.
If someone isn’t getting enough, I’d be glad to share mine with them.
Around 100. Mostly related to my blogs.
Probably like 5 personal.
I might get 3 or 4 emails that are actually important.
25-30 regular emails. But right now, in my church email inbox, I’m overflowing… over 100 yesterday, because we are a day away from a big college retreat…
I would have to guess about 75-100. I have 4 inboxes (business and personal).
Don’t I feel special. Haha.
How many emails a day…3-5. If I’m lucky!
Most of my emails are newsletters I sign up for. From actual people probably like 3…a week.

between personal and work email accounts i would say around 50 to 75.

On average, I get a couple of emails a day.
I’m definitely with Raquel with measuring on a per-week basis.. like maybe 5-10 emails I care about that aren’t from facebook.
Zero. I block everything from everyone as SPAM.
I probably get 3-6 per day that are personal, plus about the same amount of subscription-related ones.
Double that for work stuff (at least a dozen/day).
Work = 45
Personal = 15
5-10 personal + another 10 for subscription services.
I thought you were gonna ask us how many messages are currently in our inbox! THAT is a number I’d like to hear from others. Maybe someone out there has way more than I do and I’ll feel better about my own lack of filing/deleting skills.
i just cleared out my deleted box from the last 2 days and i had 264. those were personal and blog. i spend a lot of time “trying” to manage my inbox. it often overwhelms me. any suggestions? e/m me, if so.

I get a bunch of comment follow up communications and newsletters I apparently signed up for.
I meant between 5 – 10.
Probably between 10-20. Some for class, some for the organizations I’m a part of, sometimes one or two personal ones. I’m not very good at keeping my inbox organized though, that’s for sure.
