It is quite interesting that people that want to appear cool are supporting Obama, even if they have no idea what he actually has stood for and how he has voted in the past. This is especially intriguing with "cool Christians". The strategic marketing and branding of political candidates is ridiculous on both sides, but unfortunately a reality. What's next....Obama 2.0? I agree with your comparison.
