Dark Knights And Clean Apples
So I have been slightly without a computer for a while because I decided to try and clean things up on it. However, doing that simply means taking every little thing off my computer and starting over and then putting everything back on it, which takes forever. So now I think I am almost officially caught up to where I need to be to actually use my computer and have it not take fifteen minutes to do anything.
Thursday night we went to see The Dark Knight. Was it good? Yeah. Was is creepy? Yeah. Was it violent? Yeah. Did Heath Ledger do a great job? Yeah. That’s right, everything you have heard, read about, seen online and cared to listen to is exactly what I would say about the movie. Best movie ever? Not so much. It’s good, but not life changing. Then again, what movie is? I did however get a chance to run into Coury there, who was in fact wearing a shirt and also was kind enough to save us seats. We also ran in to Stephen so it was cool to see him and talk a bit.
So how many of you have seen it? If so, on a scale of one to five what do you give it? I’m thinking a 4, but that might be generous.

we saw it last night, id say 4 maybe.
I saw it opening weekend. And initally I would give it a 5. but after a day or so I was thinking about it I am backing down to a 4.
I enjoyed it but then there were some parts that were just kindof dumb. I would say the parts but probably not everyone has seen it yet and I dont want to spoil anything.
I think a 4 is a good rating. I don’t know, I really liked it but I went in with very low expectations after reading Brant’s post. It’s probably the best summer blockbuster movie I’ve seen this year. (I’ve seen kind of a lot of this year) There were a TON of Jokers at Comic Con this year.
saw it last night too…i’d definately give it a strong 4…good flick…
saw it last night too…i’d definitely give it a strong 4…good flick…
4 for sure! Although I’d give the original with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson a 5!!!
See, this is the thing. I went to the show the other day with the expectation of being entertained. And I was. The Joker has always been my favorite villain and HL did a smashing job there. Although, I was a bit bummed out with the whole makeup thing. In the original comic, I believe The Joker had a bad run in with some acid or something and was perpetually all white and silly looking. So, 4.3 is what I give it.
Definitely 4. Loved it. Best Joker ever.
I saw it last week and loved it. Dark, disturbing, violent – everything the real Batman and Joker from the comics were. It was longer than expected but good. I’d give it a 4.5. Then again, I’m a superhero/comic nerd.
