I’ve been hooked on this album for the last few days.  This song specifically.  The lyrics blow me away, and hits me where I’ve been for the last few months.

I’ve seen this guy play a few times here in Nashville and always loved his stuff, but never picked it up until a few weeks back when I was testing out NoiseTrade and I haven’t stopped listening to it.  In fact I was just looking at his tour dates and realized that next week he is playing a benefit for Blood Water Mission here in Nashville with another long time favorite band of mine, Sixpence None The Richer, so I’ll be sure to check that out.

If you haven’t yet, make sure to go to NoiseTrade and download this record.  Really, why wouldn’t you?  It’s free with a couple emails and if you can’t think of any emails use mine.

Go now, and be happy.

  9. Yeah man, I’ve been a big fan of his for a long time. I’ve always been able to say that MPJ says in his lyrics what I can’t otherwise articulate.
