Guess Where I’m Never Eating.

I have more pictures coming, but this was too good to wait.  This is fine establishment is tucked in a cool little area in downtown Gettysburg….. and I will never eat there.

Worst restaurant name ever?

Ready? Go.

Don’t know about the restaurant name, but the food name was definitely out there. Right after we moved to England, we were staying in a hotel waiting for housing. We didn’t have a car yet so we were pretty limited to places we could walk to to eat. This can be interesting in a foreign country; especially with kids. Anyway, we were reading the menu which was written on a chalk board and came to the “dessert” section. My husband read the name of this particular item: “Spotted Dick.” He leaned in close to me and said: “I don’t care what they tell me this really is, I’m NOT eating ANYTHING called “Spotted Dick”!”
