    Gainesville, FL: $3.87

When I go home to New Port Richey (near Tampa) it’ll be probably 30-40 cents cheaper. It makes no sense.

It changes more than once a day around here usually so it’s hard to keep up.

I’m not paying for gas but for some reason I like to pay attention at the prices. I live in Miami, FL and the cheapest gas I’ve seen is at like $3.65 for the lowest quality gas. The average price is probably between $3.80-3.95.

My transmission in my car is busted, so at the moment i’m paying $40/wk for the train…
But petrol is around $1.50au/litre at the moment - not sure what that equates to - there’s talk of it reaching $2.50/litre in the next few months.

    Story to tell.

When I drove past the gas station the other day (before my first comment), gas was $3.87 a gallon.

Friday afternoon (only a day or two later!) I needed to fill up before my trip home, and when I got to the station it was $3.88.

By the time I had swiped my card, put the nozzel in my tank, and pressed “start,” it had gone up to $3.89.
