Frozen In Grand Central Station
I know this video is everywhere right now, but if you haven’t seen this, you need to. It’s awesome. Just try and say it’s not… go ahead… say it…. can’t huh? Because it’s awesome.
P.D. Needs To Win A Bet
My friend P.D. asked me to get the word out about a little bet that he has going with his boss and the validity of blogging. Turns out his boss doesn’t think P.D. can get more people to their company’s website by spreading it through blogs. He writes:
So on Tuesday and Wednesday they are counting the number of hits our website gets. That’s where you all come in . All you have to do is click , Color Landscapes, and you are done. We are giving away a tree every month so go ahead and register for it. Who knows you may win a Japanese Maple. But I need as much traffic as I can get going to this website over the next two days. So pass the word along!
So click here, help P.D. and then go about your day.
Thanks.
“Cover Me”
Remember a while back when I mentioned that a friend of mine was doing some work in Burkina Faso and was making a video? They needed a song to go along with the video and asked us to see what we could come up with. Michael and I got together twice, once to come up with ideas and once to record it. Well, the song has been done for a while, but the video is still taking some time I am told. And since some of you have asked, I thought I would throw this on here and see what you think.
This is Michael singing because, well, he’s better. We had a great time coming up with this and hopefully when the video is done it can bring some more attention to what these guys are doing.

Who Guessed It?
Today was the first football game I have watched all season. Normally I don’t follow football until the Superbowl, then I spend the entire game stressed out because I am pulling for the ‘underdog‘. This year was no exception.
We spent a quiet night at home, the boys and I watched the game, until they got distracted and had a baby shower for a group of stuffed animals. Talk about diversifying events. Kristin read a book and ignored what was going on in the game.
So what I want to know is, who guessed it? Who really thought the ‘underdogs‘ would win?
A Night In Alabama
Last night this little boy and I drove down to Birmingham, Alabama to meet up with the Winter Jam Tour. MercyMe and Connersvine are doing awesome on their blogs, but it’s nice to pop in and talk about a few more ideas. Plus it’s fun to be the annoying guy walking into a dressing room asking,
“Have you blogged today?”
Once again, Skillet put on an amazing show, including lots of fire and sparks and other dangerous things into their show. MercyMe did great, and there is something about 16,000 people all singing the same song that is always amazing to hear, even if it is a really old Newsong song.
I also had the chance to meet up with America’s Favorite Mom Blogger, and talk over a few ideas for the future of blogging. We met with the bands, got some great ideas, watched a great show, then Aiden and I made the long drive home.
I think there is some important game on today, but not sure, so until something else pops into my brain….
Ladies And Gentlemen… FEE
Well, it took a little while, but it’s finally up. FEE’s blog is off to the races. The guys have already put tons of content on there, and even though I have been involved in making this one, I am excited to read it too. These guys are super entertaining and have a pretty cool things to talk about, not to mention some of the funny stuff they will come up with.
So you know what to do. Check it out. Tell your friends, and visit often. This is going to be a good one.
