My New Year's Eve was spent at a worship and prayer vigil called The Burn. burn24-7.com...it's an amazing movement and some big things are on the horizon with them. We ate some food and did a dollar store gift exchange thingy where I got a nice grape relief painting thingy and a yellow hand towel. At 12, we lit some fireworks, and since this house is literally in the middle of nowhere, there were no complaining neighbors. My dad almost caught on fire, though. It's happened to him before, so he's had enough. Since nobody who went to the party lived anywere near Naples, EVERYONE [about 15-20 people] sleptover. I stayed up until 3 am, though most people stayed up until around 4-6 am, my dad 'stayed up' until 9 am, and one guy didn't even sleep. Fun stuff it was.
