shirt_war_th.jpgSeveral months ago Shaun and I were in North Carolina, one of the guys that was helping out with the show was wearing a shirt that caught our attention. It was simple and straightforward. Black with white letters, “JESUS>WAR“. That’s it. Shaun and I asked where he got it and where we could get one and he told us that he made it. He agreed to make us each one and then explained his vision for the shirts.

P.D. explained that he wanted to start a program where the profits of this particular shirt goes to a scholarship fund for children who have lost a parent while serving in the military. Brilliant. Then he shared with us the vision for the entire program. Eventually there will be several different shirts, “JESUS>POVERTY”, “JESUS>GREED”, “JESUS>THIRST” ect. Each of which the profits of the shirts will go to different organizations that aid in that specific need. Once again. Brilliant.

So here it is. He’s got it up and running and apparently already catching some heat from Christians who apparently are challenging the statement that Jesus truly is greater than war. Right now, the only shirt available is the WAR shirt, so head over and get one. Also make sure to tell folks about this. P.D.’s a great guy and has a great heart for this.

Check it out.
