Dang, that’s a lot of people. Last nights show went amazing. I think with the camera crew and the crowd it caused the energy to go up a level. I am excited to see the dvd when it comes out.
After the show, Phil and the Myriad guys and I walked to Times Square and found a little Irish pub called the Pig ‘N’ Whistle. It amazes me every time I am in New York that even at two in the morning the streets and sidewalks are completely full of people. Every business is open, every bar is full. It’s a pretty surreal experience every time.
The busses weren’t leaving until four so we had plenty of time to walk around and see what we wanted to see. The bus was parked about five blocks from the empire state building so we were able to walk past that a few times. Then back on the bus for a little Guitar Hero with a few of the Crowder guys. I think I got to bed about three, but was able to sleep in today a little.
Tonight we are in Washington DC at the 9:30 Club. After the show the plan is to check out some of the monuments in the dark when they are all lit up. We’ll see how that plan goes…

God is ever good! Praise God and to Him be all glory for all He keeps doing!!
Can I ask a silly question? How do you get the wide angle shots you use in theaters?
I saw the picture, proceeded to exclaim “Dang,” and then read the first word of your blog…good fun. Did I mention New York is my favorite?
That is a lot of people!
And, I didn’t know monuments could be “lot” up.
