oh my gosh….the funny thing is…..this is a real thing !!! uhh…not the super hero himself…..but, it is a fact that we are created with the ability to wake up at a predetermined time…it takes practice because we live in a world now that is dependant on mechanics….but, I learned about it while doing a homeschooling lesson with my kids !!! My son proved it works…he looked at the clock the nights before….said I will wake up at 10 am….did that for several nights…..and he actually would wake up within 10 minutes of that time. the weird part is….he could never wake up without an alarm before that !!!!!! lol…crazy !!!!
