A friend of mine and his company are out to alter the face of cities in this country. Starting with Sacramento, their goal is to create eco-urban communities using resources that cities already provide and combining modern, environmentally friendly housing.

“We think its time to deconstruct this whole thing. Let’s break down the barrier between “the developer” and “the community” or “the home buyers.” Let’s do this for the right reasons for once. Let’s think long-term and big picture and holistically about the work we do. Let’s find ways to empower others.”
