beach.jpgWe have been out here a whole week and feel like we haven’t stopped. It’s been non stop running around and meeting up with people we haven’t seen in a few years. There are always too many people that I want to get together with and only so much time I can spend at any particular Starbucks.

Yesterday we loaded up the kids, and went to San Francisco for the day with some friends. We beached… my skin… it burned. But then again, that’s why the sun and I aren’t friends. The boys had a great time, playing in the sand and getting knocked over by the waves.

Today I went to my parents church and played a few songs with the worship team, and met up with Phil for lunch. He’s in town playing for a Calvary Chapel Event and had some time to grab some pizza and hang with the fam. Currently he is on the other couch blogging, then we will grab some coffee and I’ll drop him off where he’s playing tonight.

And speaking of Phil. I suppose now is as good of a time as any to mention that I’m officially going to be heading out with Phil on his fall tour with David Crowder. It’s October and half of November so it will be a pretty busy time, but I think Phil and I will have a great time together and I’m excited to kick it with the Crowder guys again…. you know… old school… or something.

Shaun will be taking a break to write a book and an album during that time so it will be fun to mix things up a little.

Other than that, not much else interesting going on here.

Make sure to check out Shaun’s blog today and try to help in anyway possible, if you can.

Since you’re gonna be touring with Phil, convince him to make a surprise stop in Miami.

I believe in you. Go go go…
